Think Neverland, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Synergy. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •No refunds will be issued for any reason
• •No credits or exchanges will be provided
• •Service access is provided immediately upon payment

2. Free Trial / Beta Access

Synergy may offer free trial or beta access periods. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this period before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required during beta access.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a Synergy subscription:

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time
• •Cancellation stops future billing cycles
• •No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period
• •You retain access until the end of your current billing period

4. Usage Overages

API call overages and additional storage charges beyond your plan's allocation are billed and non-refundable. Monitor your usage through the dashboard to avoid unexpected charges.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on Synergy, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

7. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or have questions, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
