Short, plain, and specific.
I'm a small consulting practice. I don't run ad networks, sell mailing lists, or build marketing profiles. This page tells you exactly what happens to the information you share with me when you contact me through this site.
Last updated: April 2026
Only what you type into the form.
When you submit the contact form, I receive the fields you fill in: name, company, email, optionally phone, your workflow and MIS/ERP notes, your message, and an optional budget range. If you choose to schedule a discovery call, I also receive the time slot you picked and your time zone.
I don't set tracking cookies. I don't run analytics on this site. I don't fingerprint you, share data with advertisers, or load third-party scripts that would.
For abuse protection only, my server briefly notes the IP address a contact-form submission came from so I can rate-limit spam. That note lives in process memory and is discarded when the server restarts. It isn't logged to disk, exported, or shared.
Two services, both narrow in scope.
Email delivery — Resend. Your form submission is sent as an email to hello@printwithsynergy.com via Resend, the email-delivery service I use. Resend processes the message in transit and stores delivery logs per their own policy — see resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Scheduling — Cal.com. Only if you choose to pick a timein the form, I forward your name, email, time zone, and your message (as the meeting notes) to Cal.com to create the booking. If you don't schedule, none of your information goes to Cal.com. See cal.com/privacy.
That's the entire list. I don't pass your information to anyone else, and I don't use it for marketing.
To reply to you. That's it.
I read your message, reply within one business day, and — if there's a fit — keep the email thread going through discovery, assessment, and an engagement. The information stays in my inbox and my notes for as long as the relationship is active or the conversation is recent enough to be useful context.
I don't add you to any newsletter, drip campaign, or outbound list. I don't have one.
Email me and I'll delete it.
You can ask me to delete the email thread and any notes I have on you at any time. Email hello@printwithsynergy.com with the subject line Data deletion requestand I'll confirm once it's done. Same address works for correcting anything I have on you, or asking what I have on file.
If you booked a discovery call and want the Cal.com record removed too, mention that in the same email and I'll delete it on my side. Cal.com's own retention is governed by their privacy policy linked above.
I'll date any changes.
If I change how I handle this information, I'll update the “Last updated” line at the top of this page and note what changed. I don't expect to change much — the practice is small enough that the answer to most privacy questions is “I don't do that.”
Questions, concerns, or anything that reads ambiguously? Email hello@printwithsynergy.com. A real person reads it.
Comfortable with all of that?
Tell me about your stack and what you're trying to solve. I reply within one business day.
